These factors have a direct impact on the cost calculation of transport services. As a result, additional charges or adjustments related to increased operational risk may be introduced in certain cases.

Any potential changes will be communicated in a transparent manner, together with the basis for their calculation, as soon as we receive updated information from the parties involved in the transport process.

We continuously monitor the situation in the region, including the availability of transport connections and port operations. If any operational limitations occur, we will inform our customers about possible alternatives and further steps.
