From 1 February 2026, Langowski Logistics will begin issuing invoices through the mandatory National e-Invoicing System (KSeF). This change results from legal regulations and applies to the method of issuing and making invoices available. Please pass this information on to the people in your company responsible for issuing, receiving, and accounting for documents.

For companies with a Polish NIP number, this means that from 1 February 2026 all invoices issued by Langowski Logistics will be available exclusively in electronic form within the KSeF system. To download an invoice, you will need to log in to the platform and search for the document using Langowski Logistics’ NIP number. Please note that service specifications will not be available directly in the KSeF system.

With our customers’ convenience in mind, we plan to continue sending additional supporting materials. To the indicated email address, we will be able to send non-fiscal documents together with service specifications, as well as PDF files showing a visual representation of the invoice issued in KSeF.

To prepare for these changes, it is necessary to set up an active KSeF profile and grant appropriate authorizations to the people responsible for handling invoices. Optionally, it is possible to integrate your accounting or ERP system with KSeF. Invoices issued before 1 February 2026 remain unchanged and will be delivered in the same way as before.

For companies without a Polish NIP number, i.e. registered outside Poland, the terms of cooperation remain unchanged. There is no need to create a KSeF profile or download invoices from the system. Invoices and service specifications will continue to be sent in the existing form, for example as PDF files via electronic means.

It is worth emphasizing that KSeF is an obligation on the side of the invoice issuer. In the case of companies without a Polish NIP number, the method of receiving documents remains the same as before.
