In Gdynia, we offer a storage yard, while in Gdańsk we carry out bulk cargo handling operations, including transloading from big bags into silo trucks, using a facility with a reinforced floor that allows vehicles to enter the building.

Do you provide full coordination of the vessel’s port call?
Yes. We comprehensively organize the vessel’s port call, including notification to the port administration and relevant authorities, as well as updates to port systems. We arrange berth reservations and coordinate pilotage, tugboats and port assistance. We monitor the vessel’s stay in port, providing 24/7 operational support.
Do you supervise cargo handling operations?
Yes. We coordinate terminal operations, acting as a link between the vessel’s crew and terminal personnel. We verify the vessel’s readiness to commence cargo handling operations and monitor their progress. We prepare daily operational reports and complete documentation following cargo operations and the vessel’s departure from the port.
Do you handle all vessel and cargo documentation?
Yes. On behalf of the client, we issue and amend Bills of Lading and Mate’s Receipts, prepare manifests and customs documentation, and prepare preliminary and final port cost estimates (PDA/FDA). We support the client in preparing all documentation required by the port administration and relevant authorities. Following the vessel’s stay in port, we prepare a Statement of Facts.
Do you organize crew changes and welfare support?
Yes. We organize and coordinate the delivery of provisions and spare parts, including AOG shipments, arrange bunkering and water supplies, and coordinate the collection and disposal of waste in accordance with MARPOL regulations. We also organize and supervise deck and engine repairs during the vessel’s stay in port.

We handle a full range of cargo types: from dry bulk cargo (e.g. grain, coal and fertilizers) and liquid bulk cargo (chemicals and fuels), through general cargo and containers, to project, heavy and oversized cargo.
